GB cuts off city services in Russia
Russia and its companies are now banned from the UK city’s financial services, consulting and PR network. This was announced by the government of Boris Johnson, through the mouths of his two secretaries of state, Liz Truss, and industry, Kwasi Quarting, to formalize a new package of sanctions in response to the invasion.
Ukraine, with more than 1,600 individuals and companies, has so far been influenced by the United Kingdom. London has also announced tougher pressure on media close to the Kremlin: including already sanctioned newspapers such as RT and Sputnik, defined as Moscow’s “propaganda voices”
