Iuppi arrives in Puglia, the all-encompassing (and patented) ice cream for a 2.5 million startup: ‘It’s for everyone’

Ice cream for everyone, all inclusive because it’s free of milk, lactose, gluten, and GMOs. It is based on an innovative fermentation process of vegetable matrices patented by the celery start-up, born in Polignano a Mare in 2019, and is able to produce a fermented beverage that is free of gluten, soy, milk and lactose, without sugars and fats.

The first application of this new product based on fermented legumes and grains is an artisanal vegetable ice cream called Iuppi, with a complete protein profile thanks to the high biological value similar to milk and the presence of all the essential amino acids.
