Illness on stage for Carlos Santana near Detroit – Ultima Ora

(ANSA) – ROME, July 6 – Legendary American guitarist Carlos Santana collapses on stage during an outdoor concert near Detroit, Michigan. The BBC reported that it confirmed that he was immediately rescued and taken for observation to a local hospital.

Santana himself then posted on Facebook that he “forgot to drink and eat” while rescuers spoke of a heat-related illness and dehydration. He then reassured his manager Michael Freones about the guitarist’s health conditions, declaring, however, that the show, scheduled for today in Burgstown, Pennsylvania, “will be postponed to a later date.”

A video posted on social media shows Santana helping to leave the stage at Clarkson’s Pine Knob Musical Theater: In the video, the star greets the audience as she is carried on a stretcher. (Dealing).
